What is The GST Rate On Commercial & Residential Flats.
With Occupancy Certificate & Under Construction Flats

It depends on certain conditions..5% without ITC and 12% with ITC. No GST if payment received after completion certificate.

GST rate may be 1 % on affordable residential flats
