You query is quit confusing , are you asking about Complains for Car renting Company who provide services of Car renting ? or Complains for Agent who provide service to Car renting service Company . ?
GST ON CAR RENTAL SERVICES APPLICABLE EASILY.
@ prasad Nilugal Sir, we are a propritorship firm registered in GST and provide cab to individuals or registered persons or company.
Do you own the cars or do you work as an agent assigning cabs to the customers who asked for ?
Unless it is a blocked credit under sec 17(5)

Services provided to body corporate:- Body Corporate has to pay GST under RCM.
Services provided to non- body corporate:- Normal FCM has to be opted by you.
