GST on Car Rental Services as Tour and travel agent

You query is quit  confusing  , are you asking  about Complains  for   Car renting Company who provide  services of Car renting ? or  Complains for   Agent  who provide service to Car renting service Company . ?

Services provided to body corporate:- Body Corporate has to pay GST under RCM.

 Services provided to non- body corporate:- Normal FCM has to be opted by you.
