Gst on brokerage

dear experts, i am paying brokerage to one of my broker regularly on which tds is deductible,my query is that on such brokerage GST is applicable or not and if such broker is not registered under GST than it is comes in the Reverse charge mechanism. please guide

Yes GST is applicaple on Brokerage. If the person to whom you are paying brokerage is unregistered then RCM will apply.

IS INPUT TAX CREDIT OF GST  IS AVAILABLE FOR SUCH BROKERAGE PAID TO UNREGISTERED PERSON
