GST on air shipment of goods for export
is there any notification that there will be only IGST for air shipment of goods on export whether service point is same state, billed to and billed from both are West Bengal. please advise.

you mean to Goods are not leaving India and will be billed (Invoice ) outside India customer for same goods .
