Gst of Composition scheme not filed from 2020 april
I didn't filed gst returns of composition scheme from 2020 1st quarter to till date , I heard that some new scheme was implemented for filing previous quarters returns with less penalty , may know the scheme details and how do I awail it

You should refer the provisions at gst portal
No penalty levied on filing GST return of composition scheme, only interest is to be paid in CMP-08 form filed for each quarter.
Date of annual return is extended to 31 July 2021, so you have time for filing annual return. After 31 July, penalty will be levied @ 50 Rs. per day
