Gst o rent
I have stay a rented house. Now the association of building charges Gst on my monthly rented amount. Is this right??? my monthly rent amount is 4500/-

GST is exempt on rental income of residential property for residential purpose.
it's not income. I have paid rent. they charge Gst. so it's legal or not @ Poornima ji
It is not income for you but income for the person charging you rent.
