Gst late fee refund

I have filed all gstr3b returns till june 2018 with respective late fee in june 2018.Can i apply for refund of such late fee?

No, you can't. late fee is the fee which you pay for your default to make the filing of returns on or before the due date. late fees paid is not eligible for any refund.

No Sir....

Refund of Late Fees is not available. The Amnesty Scheme was only for those Registered Person who did not filed their GST Return.
