Dear Sir,
My company is having different manufacturing units in different states and having GST registrations. Some units are having surplus ITC , can this be tranferred and utilize by other units ?

no you are not utilize your itc with other unnits because your are purchase diff. on doffrent gst no
You cant adjust or transfer ITC of one state with other state gst registration.
