Dear All,

Please Guide suppose a European company has provided digital marketing services to Indian company and place of supply was also in India and issue invoice which includes the GST as per European law, can Indian Company able to get set off of the GST charged on digital Marketing Invoice.

No you cannot set off EU VAT with Indian GST.

Moreover you will have to see whether as per Indian GST the Place of Supply is in India or not. If it is in India then you will have to pay RCM on the whole amount of invoice including EU VAT
