Yes... You can take Repairs and Maintenance related GST tax as ITC...

Yes... You can avail the ITC benifits of Repairs and Maintenance of Cars/Vehicle. It's allowed and It's not blocked u/s 17(5) of CGST Act.
ITC Blocked for Purchase of Vehicles and it's related on 17(5) of CGST Act...

Yes, You can Claim Input Tax Credt on Repair & Maintenance of Car . 17(5) is applicable on Purchase of Motor Car Only.
