Allowed only if car used for purpose of business....
ITC is available only when vehicle is used in following condition
(A) Deals in further supply of such vehicles or
(B) transportation of passengers; or
(C) imparting training on driving, flying, navigating such vehicles
or conveyances;
(ii) for transportation of goods;

But here tyres are purchased not motor vehicles.. N
