Hie,

Our Company is registered under GST. We have electronics retail/b2b business. We take cars on hire from Individuals who are not required to be registered under GST :

1. What rate of GST will have to be paid us under Reverse Charge ?

2. Will we be eligible to take ITC on such Reverse Charge ?

Note : Fuel Cost /Driver :

1. In some cases Fuel cost is borne on actuals by us for self driven cars provided to Directors/Managers. We pay fixed Monthly rent to the owner

2. In some cases, Fuel cost + Driver cost is being billed to us on a monthly basis by owner.
