Respected sir/ madam,
I have a query regarding claiming of ITC in case of builders carrying on multiple ventures.
Is there any provision in GST Act, that ITC of one venture cannot be claimed in another venture?
Can anyone give clarifications in d above mentioned query

If all the venture are under same GSTN ,..you can claim ITC
Yes.. you can claim ITC if all the venture are under same GSTIN.
