when we are submitting our  GST ITC-04 Return(July-Sep,17) A ERROR MASSAGE SHOWN  Error! OOPS! Some error occured, Please try again.

Please solve it......................

I am trying to file ITC 04 return but not working properly figure show wrong which I have uploaded through json and Excel utility
