Dear Sir,
We are registred delear with GST from Maharashtra and participated in Elecrama 2018 Exhibition Noida. we received bill from Elecrama with IGST Tax. but we & Elecrama also registred in Maharashtra only, but then also they charged IGST instead of CGST & SGST.
please help to book this invoice.

YOU CANNOT CLAIM INPUT OF IT.. IT WILL BE YOUR EXPENSE/LIABILITY
The services of exhitition have been supplied by M/s Electrama in Noida, therefore, they must have taken Casual Registration in this regard. They could not have provided this service IN noida, without getting registered in UP. Therefore, they have correctly charged IGST from you.
