GST Invoicing for Renting

Suppose a person is running a jewellery business which is registered under GST and at the same time he has rented commercial spaces for rent .Now how to raise an invoice for that rent of commercial spaces under the same invoice of jewellery shop or other invoices needs to be prepared ?

GSTIN will be the same. You can use a different series

Do I need to amend GST by adding the services of renting ? although it is not the main business of the concern but just has 2-3 shops and he is renting them alongside his main business
