Dear Sir,
If someone is planning to start e-commerce business but not getting the tax invoices of the purchases made. Is it ok for that person to sale such unbilled items on amazon or flipkart. If yes, how that person will show purchase in GST.

Quick Summary
If you are purchasing goods from GST registed person then , it's mandatory for him to issue Tax invoice as per the GST law , not issuing tax invoice,it's illegal. insist him to issue Tax invoice .

@ prasad nilugal Sir, even if the supplier is registered they dont want to issue tax invoice, if we insist they deny to sale the product to us.

Yes , agree with @ S.Mukherjee inform to Department of GST near by you , if you are having GSTN of the Supplier .
