sir i am raised a invoice the dealer Registered in Telangana but he want goods shipped to Andhra in invoice should i tax CGST +SGST or IGST plz clarify
in this case two bills are required to be raised. U should raise bill towards party registered in Telangana charging SGST and CGST. But this party needs to raise another bill towards the party of AP charging IGST. Now if you want to ship these goods to AP on the order of your Telangana registered party, you need to fill e way bill with "bill to and ship to "option but mentioning invoice raised by you only.
