You Take ITC ,when you purchased Vehicle for business purpose.
You can take credit of vehicle subject to section 17(5) where credit can be allowed only if vehicle is used for transportation of goods or used to provide outward taxable supplies...
hence in this case I think you are not eligible for ITC

I Agree with the your comment but my point is that
we are purchasing vehicle for business purpose advertisement of our product to the door step of our customer (its like branding vehicle)
and the above vehicle is not used for transport of passenger
When expenditure incurred for Advertisement GST input is available
Please suggest
no you can't avail ITC as per the provisions of blocked credits of CGST act 2017 in which motor vehicles except those used for transportation of goods and passengers and those held as stock in trade and those which is used for imparting training on driving can not get ITC.
