Against telephone & Mobile bills you can claim credit, rather you have to provide your GSTIN to your service providers so that the credit pop-up in your credit ledger. as far as electicity is concerned it not covered under GST

You have to provide your GST Regn No. to your vendors from whom you take any goods/services and then you would be able to claim the Input Tax Credit of the GST paid.

It is important to note here that the GST is not applicable on Electricity and therefore you would not be able to claim any input tax credit of the electricity bill

Power generation (power plants) and sale gst applicable or not. If not applicable what is the source. Is it zero rate/ exemption/out of Gst. Please give reference gst order in above category.

Yes, ITC can be availed for mobile/telephone services availed from any operator provided :

  1. the service is being utilised in the course of furtherance of business &
  2. GSTIN has been intimated to the service provider & it is quoting the proprietorship/firm/company's name and GSTIN on the tax invoices.

If the abovementioned two conditions are satisfied, you can claim ITC by correctly filing GSTR-3B.

However, no ITC can be claimed for tax paid on Electricity bills as Electricity is out of GST coverage & thus no GST is levied on electicity bills.
