Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether Input Tax Credit (ITC) can be claimed on mobile phones purchased for business purposes. Generally, you can claim the full ITC at the time of purchase, provided the mobile is used in the course or furtherance of business and is not a blocked credit. However, if your business deals in exempted supplies, you may not be eligible to claim ITC.
