Since it is not a blocked credit u/s 17(5) and further used for business purpose Input can be claimed.
I know it is not a blocked under rule 17(5) but how will you justify there had no component of foods involved in event management
Credit can be availed subject to Section 17(5)
Refer thr SAC code on the invoice issued by the supplier for restrictions as per 17(5), else credit can be avail.
