Can I claim input on Car Insurance which is related to business?

No, u can't claim
To play safe side, I would suggest you not to take ITC on car insurance as there is still confusion that if ITC on motor vehicle is not available, then whether person can take ITC on car repair and insurance.
In my suggestion, insurance company does not issue B2B with Gstin number of clients.
