gst input credit on t shirts as bus. promotion allowed?
Hello can any one tell me whether GST input credit can be availed on T shirts distributed to dealers as part of business promotion??

As per my view.,
No... ITC not available for the way of Your query. Bcoz, It's treated as Gift/Free for Your business dealers...
In case of You ll give the "T-shirt" to any others and we can consider Advertisement then You can avail the ITC benefits....

but my company is manufacturing paints and not T shirts so we don't give T shirts as free samples
