Hi guys , I want to ask that we want to distribute dryfruits as diwali gift to our party's,if we go for Gst Invoice for the same can we get the GST Input credit against the same.And update me for the same for staff diwali sweets.

INPUT TAX CREDIT ( ITC ) for food items is blocked u/s 17(5) of CGST Act 2017.
