Last date was Sept 19 GSTR 3B.
Till date no extension is given by council to claim ITC for FY 2018-19 as was available in FY 2017-18

For claiming ITC of 2018-19 the last date was the return of September 2019.
As per provisions you can claim ITC on Return of September or annual return whichever is earlier
