If the name and address of company mention in the bill then there is no issue to take ITC.

but place of supply Hyderabad as per gst rules pos is important

POS is important at the time supply of goods and service and to know whether igst or sgst+cgst to be charged on bill. For availing ITC, POS is not required to consider.
