We are pvt ltd co in mumbai. We have purchased Air conditioner worth of Rs.4 lacs which includes 67000 gst for our new branch. Can we take input credit of this gst in our current branch ? new branch cinstruction is currnlty in progress so we cant take credit in that branch. we have received invoice with details of our current branch.

the ITC will be availed by you in case you have given ur GSTN
will GST on purchase of FLOAT GLASS also allowed!! All invoices are in the name of our co mentioning our GSTN number.
Your branch is Registered under GST or not...?
New branch is not registered but current branch is registred under GST
both are in same state then do not need registartion if in another state required registration
If the bill is to intra state supply then You can't avail the ITC benefits...

Both branches in same state then You can avail the ITC. No more restriction. In case the branch if other then you can consider with registration or billing...

If both the branches are in the same state then you can take the ITC, if not then you cannot take the ITC without prior registration and mentioning of that GSTIN in the purchase invoice.
