GST IMPLICATIONS ON INVOICE RAISED BY SEZ UNIT

1.For Invoice raised to Domestic customers with in SEZ unit : Are we going to charge any GST on the invoice ? Will there be any different treatment for registered or unregistered customers.?

When an SEZ unit raises an invoice for goods supplied to a DTA customer, the transaction is treated as an import, and the DTA recipient pays the applicable customs duties and IGST. Conversely, when an SEZ unit provides services to a DTA customer, the transaction is treated as an inter-State supply, and the SEZ unit must charge GST directly on the invoice.
