Gst implication for travel agent

For travel agent of bus and four wheel.. He book ticket for Rs. 700 and made payment of Rs. 630 to traveler (Eagle Travels). He issue ticket on his own name (Abhsek Travelers) to the traveler. My Que is which amount should be considered as transaction value and turnover? 700 or 70?
