Whenever we had any queries related to the GST we have received great response.
Take screen shot and mail them to helpdesk @ gst.gov.in and we will be notified with request ID immediately.
And give them a call to 01204888999 and indicate the request ID they will response to you. Call will get connected immediately within 5 sec or less than that.
85% of the issues will be solved.
Hats off. It has been great work done by the support team. Hope portal will be stable within next 6 months and reduce number of problems in the same and we get great port.
