I am an Affiliate marketer 100% of my income is from Foreign remittances,
I don't have a GST number but my gross receipt is > 30 lakhs this year and 20+ last year.
As far as I know, OIDAR (Export @ 0%) should apply to my business https://www.meteorio.com/gst-oidar/
Will I be penalized! Please suggest what should I do?
I am also willing to hire someone to do this for me. If you are an expert on this please PM me.
