While filing income tax return of audited partnership firm, since last 2 days error is showing ", caught error Descripttion as Null"
How to resolve same.
No specific error showing
Java is updated and pan of filer and others are properly matched.

Install latest offline ITR-5 utility.
Start a fresh return, fill all audit / partner details.
Validate XML within utility.
Upload XML to portal.
If error persists → inspect XML for empty mandatory tags.
