Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies GST rates for restaurants, differentiating between the normal scheme (12% with ITC or 5% without ITC) and the composition scheme (5%). For restaurants with a turnover of 30-35 lakh, the 5% rate without ITC is generally preferred, though specific circumstances may warrant a different approach. It also touches upon the eligibility to claim RCM credit on rent when opting for the 5% scheme without ITC.

Under normal gst - 12%(with ITC) or 5%(without ITC)
under comp SCH - 5%

it is preferred option to follow 5%(without ITC),
but other exceptional situation should be considered, that is Subjective.
In your case, GST Rate:5% (without ITC) is preferable.
Thanks for reply, but one more question, can we take credit of rcm on rent if I took 5℅ without ITC
