GST FOR EXPORTES
dear gst experts, pls help me Presently we are manufacturers but enjoying s.s.i unit as our domestic sales are below 1.5cr. and for exports we are not paying any export duty as s.s.i units are exempted for payment of export duty. Now what is procedure for exports?? Shall we laible for export duty?? Shall we laible for gst?? What is refund process?? Pls help

xport duty will continue as it ws, not related to gst, part of custom yes if u want to clear the shipment after paying tax then charge igst & adjust the same with ITC. if u want to clear it under bond. then dont charge anything, take refund of ITC
but in all cases do get register for gst first
tq madam , but I couldn't understand properly mam, i have more doubts madam. if I i choose to clear the shipment after payment of taxes, is there any provision for refund?? whether choosing of option clearing shipping after paying gst or under bond without any tax is with supplier or not?? if not what situations we can export under bond option or payment option??
if u charge IGST then your itc would get setoff, no need of refund. options is yours, choose best suited u
