If expired goods returned to supplier,shall we get GST amount from them or not?

As in regard to expired Goods CBEC reply via letter 349/57/2017-GST dated 26/12/2017.
Return on expired/damaged goods from distributor to manufacturer will be treated as return of goods and not as a fresh supply.
A credit note may be issued at the time of return of expired goods
Hence a credit note can be issued

What about retailer to distributor? Will get GST or not?

Yes... GST will be reversible if Goods Returned with Debit Note.
