Sir, we actually filed nil 3B return in the month of September 2017 also input credit of that has not claim. But we filed Gstr1 of September. We forget the same.. Now we received Showcause notice.. As per GST 31st council meeting ITC extended to 31st march 2019. We are waiting for the notification. We got a call from acto officer "to pay the tax interest and penalty if not raid will be taken".
What can i do now??
do they have rights to take raid???

pritesh sir.. yes yes ITC is more than liability.. we told him that wait till notification issued we have our ITC to claim he said who knows what will happen then, you pay tax now...

Even though the notification is issued now for waiver of late fee,.. if the officer has issued you SCN you are liable to deposit the same ,

Yes if you got the notice under DRC 01 , there is no wayout with you except to deposit the same so its better to deposit the same by online filing DRC 03 .
The apeal can be file only onve the Demand is paid
