I am a fibre sheet manufacturer. I want to purchase Tempo( Tata Ace Truck) for transportation of fibre sheets. Can I claim GST ITC on the same?

Yes. ITC can be claimed in this case as it's motor vehicle for the purpose of transportation of goods. Hence it is not covered under blocked credit u/s 17(5).
