Gst credit for closing stock

ITC / Input 139 views 3 replies

Dear Sirs,

We have CST Paid finished goods (Which will attract 5% and 12% GST) as on 30th June, 2017. Can we claim any transitional credit depending on the purchase invoice given by supplier?

If no GST Credit is available, can we claim 40% IGST credit saying no documents are available?

Please reply with relevant sections.

please mention are you a trader or manufacturer.

Then also mention does the Invoice is excise invoice or only CST invoice

If you are trader then u can claim 40% other wise no if the invoices u have is not a excise invoice

Yes....

I fully agreed with RAMAPRASAD...

CST tax can't available...

In case the CST purchase invoice is Excise Invoice then you can claim EXCISE Tax as ITC.

Dear Sir,

We are retailer and we have CST invoices.
