GST credit
My supplier pays GST when he purchases the raw material. When he sells, he is not able to charge GST since our product falls under 0% GST. How would he claim his refund?

In which product are you dealing?
Also inform why GST is 0% due to exemption or export?

There is no refund for this supply. you include GST on your raw materials cost.
from the point mentioned by you it seems you deal in non taxable supplies, hence input tax availability is not possible 😭
