GST CREDIT
if a company is construction stage for 3 years n having some purchase of goods , mechiney n services with applicabe Gst and there is huge accumulated gst companent of GST n if the company does not have any sales ...in such how to claim in put gst or is it possible to transfer the gst credit to some other company pls clarity

Transferring gst credit to some other co not possible.
No you cannot transfer your credit, neither you can take refund for same, it can set-off against your output liabilities only
