Can I claim GST charged by a seller on Amazon on the Laptop purchased by me for business use.. He did not take my GST No. And thus it is no where mentioned in the invoice..

No end user can't claim ITC
But it's for my business use not personal use than can i take the credit without mentioned GSTN on my purchase bill.
If bill is on business name
Yes it's on business name than can i take input credit ?
