In a Bank which collects GST from customers on RTGS remittance, will he have to maintain record of customer GST number and amount collected and report so that customer can claim credit

Many AMC providers charge service tax and VAT both on AMC charges which is 15 plus 6 i.e 21 percent. After GST what will be the process. will it be only GST @ 18%
