The new composition scheme for service provider will be applicable from 1.04.19.
Under Composition scheme for service provider, limit is 50 lakhs with tax rate of 6%.

The Composition Scheme for the Service Sector will be applicable from 01.04.2019 and only those service providers will be eligible whose aggregate turnover is upto Rs. 50 lakhs.

yes you can.... but at present the rate is 5%
