GST Case Law

I am searching a high court (probably Madras) case law in which the court asked GST department to confirm whether the vendor has discharged liability before denying ITC to the tax payer. This came, if I recollect correctly, some time after June 2022. Can someone please help me with this case law?

Quick Summary
This discussion seeks a specific High Court (likely Madras) case law, possibly from after June 2022. The user recalls the court requiring the GST department to verify if a vendor had discharged their liability before denying the recipient taxpayer's Input Tax Credit (ITC). Another user suggested the DY Beathel judgment as a potential match.

I think you are talking about DY Beathel judgment.

Unfortunately I do not remember the details. Can you please help?
