No. Cannot calim ITC for GST paid on Car Insurance.
No ITC available on car insurance
blocked credit only for life insurance and health insurance, but car insurance has no restrictions!

THE BLOCK CREDIT IN REGARD TO VEHICLE : IN AMENDMENT ACT 2018 ,NO.31,DT.29/08/2018 ITS CLARIFY THAT NO CREDIT WILL BE AVAILABLE ON INSURANCE,SERVICE & REPAIR OF VEHICLE
NOTE : THE PROVISION OF ACT WILL COME INTO THE FORCE WHEN THE COUCIL NOTIFY
