No. Cannot calim ITC for GST paid on Car Insurance.
No ITC available on car insurance
blocked credit only for life insurance and health insurance, but car insurance has no restrictions!

NOTE : THE PROVISION OF ACT WILL COME INTO THE FORCE WHEN THE COUCIL NOTIFY
