Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies GST applicability for bank valuers offering services. Even if your valuation fees fall under the Rs 20 lakh exemption limit, if you are already registered for GST, filing returns is compulsory. If you provide other services like works contracts and the combined value is below the exemption threshold, you can still file a Nil return. For those registered and providing services, returns must be filed, even if there are no transactions in a given period. Quarterly return filing is also an option.

if already registered under gst then return file is compulsory

Yoy are already registered under gst then compulsary file return

if another service also provide is works contracts and combined services is less than exemption limit then we can file nil return quarterly or not

if you are registered and provide service then you have to file the return and if you don't have any transaction in particular period then for that period file the Nil Return.

can we file return on quarterly basis

YES YOU CAN FILE QUARTERLY RETURN
