By commission received ( mobile vouchers sales) which is taxable or not in GST? If taxable then relevant provision pl clarify?

IF BOTH SERVICE GIVER AND SERVICE GIVER IS UNREGISTERED EARNING MEAGRE INCOME OF ONE LAKH THEN NOT REQUIRED.
