We Conduct the classes and pay professional fees to professionals. Do we have to Charge GST to Students and pay GST.

The said service can be considered as commercial coaching services. if your turnover is more than 20L you need to take registration and pay GST. You can collect fee from the students with GST.
If unregistered and turnover below less than 20 lakhs(for special states 10lakhs), no need to charge gst on your services.
