GST AND HSN FOR COMBO PACK
A situation where different types of hygienic products with different HSN code and tax rate are set for sale in combo packs as a part of promotion sales. The combo pack is sold as an individual item and that it has an MRP and unique barcode. The dought arises on tax rate and HSN code of same combo pack product, since the products in the combo pack falls under two diffent HSN and tax rate

as per mixed supply it will attract tax with highest slab
and hsn code for the highest product would prevail
but what should be the HSN code for the combo pack?
